This product is a stain for peroxidase and hepatitis B antigen. 
It is a new and safe chromogen reagent. 
Compared with the traditional chromogen reagents benzidine, o-tolidine and o-phenylenediamine, TMB has the advantages of high detection sensitivity, good stability, etc., and is safe to use. 
The results of animal experiments and automatic variability test of Ames bacteria show that TMB is non-carcinogen and non-mutagenic.
